Definition

• Customer — A person or organization who orders our services.
• Order — Service issued by a business (Poprey) to a customer
• Guarantee — Ability to receive non-monetary compensation for missing product.

General rules

• In the event of a technical fault, the buyer is obliged to inform the administration.
• Processing the order is possible if your profile is unlocked to everyone and you have your profile picture set.
• For creating a dispute, you will be added to the black list and your account will be blocked.
• If we change the rules, we’ll let you know about it.

Delivery policy

• After you provide the required information regarding your order and E-mail, the service fulfillment will begin after the payment is completed.
• In case the payment for some reason has been put on hold or canceled, the service will not start the fulfillment.

Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• You may request a refund if your order has not started within 48 hours of payment. Please reach out to GetIGLikes support team to initiate this request.

Incorrect Data:

• If your order was not processed due to a locked profile or incorrect data, contact GetIGLikes support team to provide the correct information.
• If you choose not to provide accurate data, refunds are issued as store credit only.
• If incorrect data caused the order to be delivered to the wrong recipient, a refund is not available.

Ordering from Multiple Providers:

• If you are using multiple service providers and report that GetIGLikes orders were not received, you will not qualify for a refund.

Warranty Information:

• Warranty details, including availability, are specified in the product description of each service.

Delivered Orders:

• Orders that have already been delivered are non-refundable due to technical limitations that prevent reversing delivered services.

Processing Times:

• Refund processing may take between 3 and 25 business days, depending on your payment method, bank, and location

Responsibility

• Processing the order is possible if your profile is unlocked to everyone and you have your profile picture set.
• We are not responsible for the deviations of the actual functioning of the service from the description because its evaluation may differ depending on the client of our services.
• We are not responsible for any consequences caused after you receive the order.
• In case an order is greater than the maximum quantity, we do not promise the corresponding implementation description.
